the location was perfect, with metro stations and markets nearby, and even a beautiful park to stroll through on the way to the waterfront. the en-suite room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with one even doing our laundry for a very reasonable price.
The WiFi could be improved, with occasional slow speeds affecting the connection.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable, particularly the bathroom with a large shower. The staff was friendly, accommodating, considerate and available 24/7. The location was convenient, and walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping, attractions and public transportation.

The hotel was a great place to spend Christmas. The first thing that we liked was the cleanliness of the room and common areas. , we found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Another great aspect was the free water cooler in the lobby area, which was convenient for refilling our water bottles. The location was key as it was close to public transportation and the city center, making it easy to explore.
There wasn't any breakfast included in the room price, which was a disappointment. there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room – we had hoped to make ourselves a warm drink after a cold day of sightseeing.
